Q. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
All orders of PKR 1500 or more qualify for free standard nationwide delivery. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat rate of Rs.150 for standard nationwide delivery.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH AN ORDER?
All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) excluding national holidays or unless stated otherwise.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to all locations in Pakistan.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You are entitled to ask for an exchange if the wrong product (a style different from what you had ordered online) has been delivered to you. Please contact our customer care department at contact@myforestore.com so we can arrange the return and dispatch the correct order. Please note that returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging.
If you have received the correct order but are not satisfied with the product please email us at contact@myforestore.com with pictures and details.
We do not offer any refunds.
For hygienic reasons all returns are immediately disposed of and not resold.
